- Products must be returned in their original condition and unused.

- Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

- For Gulf countries, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

- Requests made after the allowed period will not be accepted.
